Richard’s grandfather purchased a property in Willow Beach, which has been the family cottage since 1951. As a child Richard spent every summer on the southern shores of Lake Simcoe.
In 1975 Richard purchased his first property on Lake Drive and also started his career in Real Estate.

Special Interests/Hobbies
Richard’s passion for helping children for over 20 years has been relentless. His annual fundraiser in support of the Children’s Aid Society has grown to over 300 people and continues to be successful in raising a significant amount of toys, gifts and monetary donations.
As a member of the Ferrari Club of America, Richard has also devoted some of his time to organize an annual drive to help raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.
As for hobbies, Richard has a passion for exotic and classic cars; you will find Richard snowmobiling during the winter months and during the spring, summer and fall Richard enjoys a drive or a walk along the lake.
